The bar now has fruit so ask for it ) The music is not screeching anymore on my last 2 visits. PR seems to have figured out how to get the sound system really smooth sounding. His DJ skills are getting better each weekend as he just has to learn to keep a good flow going like do not go from a hot Cher mix into a dated Culture Club song.
The free HIV testing brought out a very good crowd now if the club could start doing other events. Drag is good, but bring in some male dancers and promote it. Baldwin County has the gay, bi, and transgendered community to support something if they know it exist.
Also for special dates bring in a club singer like Colton Ford, Pepper Mashay, Thea Austin or Kim English charge $25 for the cover. This would really establish the club and bring in a huge crowd.
Went to the club for the first time last night. Overall, a good experience. But the music is too loud for the size of the room. It makes conversation very difficult. Also, it would help if the ventilation was better to remove the cigarette smoke, which was pretty thick. But I will still go back, because I met some really nice people. Cheers!
